Larry is the owner of a pawnshop in Brighton, whose eccentric ways tend to freak out anybody, most notably Molly McGee, who is an eccentric herself, on account that he tends to ask for help with the most uncomfortable favors, such as the time he needed help finding and catching his beloved runaway pet skunk, Vera.

He is a portly man with red hair and a mustache.
He is mostly dressed in what appears to be steampunk garb, including boots (which are substituted with sandals in the warmer seasons), a top hat with goggles, and other regalia that belong on a man of that particular genre. He also has a golden heart locket containing a picture of himself with Vera, and a golden key necklace made with twine. (All Systems No) During Christmas time, he dresses up as Santa Claus for the Snowflake Celebration, and he dresses Vera up as his elf. (Saving Christmas)
Personality[]
Weird Larry's eccentricity may be fitting of his name, but he's smarter than he lets on, as he can tell the difference between his pet skunk and a feral one. Such observation skills apply to the quality of the merchandise in his pawn shop rather well, as he can recognize rare parts in items, which he takes apart and reassembles for his own amusement and to cheer up those around him, though unlike Molly (who wants to "enhappify" everyone in the world as quickly as possible), he prefers to make the world a happier place one person at a time ("I guess I'm weird that way", he says). He's also an expert locksmith able to unlock anything when the keys go missing.
He likes to attend unusual events such as the display of a "real" unicorn, and when he isn't walking his favorite skunk, Vera, he's spending his spare time riding a moped, and is rarely ever home even when his pawn shop is closed.
