The first season of The Ghost and Molly McGee was announced when the show was first announced on June 23, 2019. It premiered on Disney Channel on October 1, 2021,[1][2] and ended on July 9, 2022.

Synopsis
Molly, an optimistic tween, who lives to make the world a better place, and a grumpy ghost named Scratch, whose joy comes from spreading misery. When one of Scratch’s spells backfires, he finds himself forever cursed in Molly's presence.
