A friendly woman who has lived an interesting life, which will tell a long story of her youth. Molly considers her a "cool old lady". Patty is a wise, engaged and sociable woman who doesn't feel invalid due to her advanced age.

She is a 'lLethal chef and in "All Systems No", she tries making gumbo, a dish from Louisiana. The end result is a grayish sludge that makes Molly visibly sick when she eats it.
