Mrs. Roop is the history teacher in Brighton Middle, and she is very fond of her position. If anyone seems to make a mockery of history, she'd consider flunking them on the spot and having them repeat her course another whole semester, yet she doesn't follow through with such a concept should a student correct their presentation with more accurate facts that are somehow relevant to their mistakes, such as when Molly, after spouting nonsense about Abraham Lincoln, stated that very president had a sense of humor and was known to "tell a good yarn" despite being honest.

While other characters have a consistent wardrobe, Mrs. Roop seems to be wearing a different t-shirt every time she appears, each with a history related slogan on the front such as "Keep Calm and Pioneer" and "History Buff".

History

In "No Good Deed", Mrs. Roop didn't get along very well with her fellow teachers, but when a forged note from Darryl tricked them into going to prison, under the belief it is some kind of elaborate team-building escape room, she bonded with the other teachers during their escape and even reconnected with an old student of hers who ended up in jail.
