Jeff is a supporting character of The Ghost and Molly McGee. Appearing as a minor character in Season 1, but later makes his speaking-debut in Season 2 in the episode, "The (After)life of the Party". He is also the afterlife partner of Geoff.

Physical appearance[]
Jeff is a light-indigo ghost, with a dark blue nose, yellow eyes, and black pupils. He has four strands of hair, a muscular build and a masculine chin.
Personality[]
Jeff is seen to be humble, and a chill guy, being very welcoming and hospitable to others. Jeff also happens to be very strong, as he accidentally tossed a fellow ghost without meaning to. He is a skilled tap dancer, performing a great tap dance during the song This House is Haunted.
Jeff is also a loyal partner to his husband, Geoff, having spent 100 years in marriage in the afterlife. But, when it comes to people harming Geoff in any way, Jeff will be very protective of him (probably due to Geoff's low intelligence and innocence), and threaten them if they ever mess with him again.

Geoff[]
Jeff is Geoff's partner. He's been married to him for 100 years, and he's very protective of Geoff, threatening anyone that hurts him.
Scratch[]
Jeff was kind to Scratch when first meeting him, inviting him to his anniversary. He wasn't so willing to forgive Scratch easy after he hurt Geoff, though, as he sends him a warning for if he ever does this again.
Despite knowing Geoff, Scratch somehow didn't even know who his partner was.
Along with Geoff, Jeff would later hang out with Scratch in a few activities.
Jeff appears to be very doubtful of Scratch's role as Chairman of the Ghost World, even going so far as to call him a terrible chairman when Scratch neglected his duties, inadvertently allowing Jinx to take over both the ghost and human worlds. After Jinx was defeated, however, Jeff started to admit that Scratch was a pretty good chairman.
Ollie[]
After Ollie apologized for his ghost hunting, he got to properly meet Jeff. Just like with Scratch, Jeff threatened Ollie if he ever hurts Geoff again, which the human boy found fair.

- He has been seen very rarely in the previous season, but was hinted at constantly with Geoff's tendency to spell both their names to be told apart, most likely due to confusion from people in the past.
- He likes his misery mochas with extra whip. He also likes cookie frightaccinos with extra whipped screams.
- Jeff and Geoff have been a couple for 100 years. When asked if it included the time before their deaths, Bob Roth said that he believed that Geoff and Jeff became a couple in the Ghost World but they haven't fully nailed it down yet.[1] Due to the fact the show was cut short that plot point never got to be explored.
- Jeff is classically trained in theater arts, specifically tap dancing, which his ghost demonstrates with disembodied shoes.
- Jeff shares some similarities with the Big City Greens character Vasquez, as both characters are very protective & caring for a specific person in their respective shows.
- His voice actor Vincent Rodriguez III is also married to a man in real life.
- Jeff and Nin are Scratch’s only good friends to not see him off at the end of The End after becoming human. Jeff doesn’t even appear in the episode at all.
