Franklin Delano Roosevelt (commonly known as FDR) is the Ghost of the 32nd President of the United States (1933-1945), who makes brief appearances throughout the show.

Franklin D. Roosevelt is a light purple ghost with dark purple nose and yellow eyes. He wears a pair a glasses and uses a wheelchair.

- Unlike most ghosts, FDR is a real person.
- Also unlike most ghosts, FDR is in a wheelchair. Roosevelt was diagnosed with poliomyelitis (AKA polio), which later paralyzed him from the waist down. This could mean that ghosts carry on any ailments they had in life.
- FDR is the only US President to serve more than two terms, serving four terms, dying 82 days in his fourth term, making him the longest serving US president. A record he will hold forever as after 1951 a President can only serve two terms.
