Ezekiel Tugbottom (full name Ezekiel Jeremiah Whiffleboard Tugbottom) is a ghost and a fraud founder of Brighton who lied about being a hero. He's also the younger brother of Sally Tugbuttom.

In life, Ezekiel was a tall man with tousled orange hair, blue eyes, a pointed nose, and dressed in 1800s Native American costume.
Ghost[]
After he died, he turned into a green colored spirit with yellow eyes. He still retains the shape of his hair and pointed nose, but when he gets angry, his spirit form turns gray and his eyes turn green.
