Brighton Hills Retirement Home (often shown with it's shorter name, Brighton Hills) is a retirement home where Patty, the Senior Construction Crew, and other senior citizens live out their golden years. The McGee family often volunteer there as a bonding activity, much to Scratch's discomfort.
Activities there include senior aerobics (which they are surprisingly lively with, as they "don't have all the time in the world") card games such as poker (in which they seem to use candy as poker chips and one senior citizen tries to cheat using napkins as substitute cards), and cooking (as was the case with Patty in "All Systems No", though her gumbo is terrible since her own taste buds don't work anymore), but usually, the residents spend their time talking to visitors about either the good old days or (in encounters with city planners like Pete McGee) complaining on details of modern-day Brighton that they don't like.
In "Friend-Off", Scratch and Libby visit Brighton Hills as part of the scavenger hunt Molly set up for them, and Patty is seen napping in the background while they take the selfie for that location.
In "Nin-dependence", Grandma Nin moved in there.
